Ale and Chilli Piccalilli



This is no ordinary piccalilli. It’s packed full of crunchy veg and the odd birds eye chilli. It’s immense fresh flavours originate from Electric Bear’s ‘Werrrd’ an American pale ale. Enjoy with cold cuts, pork pies and of course your cheeseboards!

Ingredients : Beer – Electric Bear Brewing Co’s Werrd (water, malted barley, wheat, hops, yeast) (28%), cider vinegar, cauliflower, courgette, onion, carrot, sugar, mustard, green beans, bird’s eye chillies, turmeric, sea salt, smoked paprika.

Storage: Check base for best before date, store in a cool dry place. Once open keep refrigerated and use within three months.
