Beer, bacon and chilli jam…need we say more? Arbor Ales’ breakfast stout is combined with local free range bacon and Cascabel chillies to create a delicious medium spiced jam with bits of bacon and smoky, nutty undertones. Serving suggestions: eat directly out of the jar and top on everything.

Ingredients : Onion, beer – Arbor Ales breakfast stout (18%) (water, malted barley, wheat, hops, yeast), sugar, red wine vinegar (Sulphur Dioxide), bacon (12%), Cascabel chilli (4%), garlic, vegetable oil.
