Doves Farm Organic Malthouse Flour




Malthouse flour is made from wheat and rye flours combined with flaked malted grains for a wholesome crunchy texture. This makes it an ideal flour for a comforting home baked loaf.

It is very similar to Granary Flour.

Ingredients: Brown Wheat Flour*, Malted Wheat Flakes* (15%), Rye Flour*(3.6%), Malt Flour*, Ascorbic acid.  *Denotes organically grown

Allergens: See ingredients in bold. Packed in an area that also handles nuts, peanuts, sesame seeds and gluten.
