Doves Farm Flour is known for it’s high quality. The Strong white bread flour is made from strong hard organic wheat varieties. Ideal for the home bread maker whether by hand or using a bread machine.

Ingredients: Organically grown wheat, vitamin C,  the following statutory nutrients are also added as per The Bread & Flour Regulations 1998: Calcium carbonate, Iron, Thiamine (Vitamin B1) and Niacin.

Allergens: See ingredients in bold. Packed in an area that also handles nuts, peanuts, sesame seeds and gluten.

Storage: Cool and dry, away from direct light and strong odours.
