Gluten Free Plain White Flour is a blend of naturally gluten and wheat free ingredients and is a perfect alternative to everyday wheat flour.
Doves Farm Gluten Free Flour will need a little extra liquid in most standard recipes. We like to mix up the different flours we use and often use this one in pancakes, biscuits and cakes with great success!
This flour is ideal for you if you have allergies or want to cut down on your wheat or gluten.
