Gluten Free Flour – Plain




Gluten Free Flour, made by Doves Farm, is a blend of naturally gluten and wheat free ingredients and is a perfect alternative to everyday wheat flour.

This will need a little extra liquid in most standard recipes. We like to mix up the different flours we use and often use this one in pancakes, biscuits and cakes with great success!

This flour is ideal for you if you have allergies or want to cut down on your wheat or gluten.

Ingredients: Flour blend (Rice, Potato, Tapioca, Maize & Buckwheat).

Ingredients from more than one country. Milled in the UK.

Nutritional Information: Energy 1498kJ 353kcal, Fat 1.3g of which saturates 0.3g, Carbohydrate 79.9g of which sugars 0.2g, Fibre 0.8g, Protein 5.0g, Salt<0.03g

Allergens: Packed in an area that also handles nuts, peanuts, sesame seeds and gluten.

Storage: Cool and dry, away from direct light and strong odours.
