Organic Cacao Powder




Organic Cacao Powder is ground down from roasted cacao nibs.  This process gives you powdered chocolate in its purest form without added fats and sugar you usually find in chocolate products).

The beans are fermented and roasted in a careful process.  This breaks down the phytates in the beans and gives them a roasted flavour.

This delicious powder can be used in baking, homemade chocolates and smoothies.  Cacao is a source of selenium, this contributes to normal function of the thyroid and immune system.  It is also a source of magnesium which is necessary for the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.  A great excuse to make more cacao based foods!
