Couscous is made from tiny steamed balls of semolina flour. Though we think of it as a grain, it’s actually a type of pasta.
Nom loves using this as a replacement for pasta when we’re in a hurry because it only takes a few minutes to cook. Simply pour enough boiling water over your couscous to cover it and let it absorb the water. After 5 minutes and when all the water is absorbed, fluff up with a fork and you’re done!
Organic Wholemeal Couscous is also available.
