Organic Quick Cook Polenta

Polenta is a versatile gluten free alternative to pasta or potatoes. It can be cooked in a number of ways, one of which we find comforting when cooked creamy and thick like mashed potato. It can also be cooked to set into slices for a more sophisticated side dish. Polenta can also be used instead of breadcrumbs to coat fish or meat and flour in cakes and biscuits.

Allergens: Packed in an area that also handles nuts, peanuts, sesame seeds and gluten.

Storage: Cool and dry, away from direct light and strong odours.
