GingerBeard’s Preserves create their relish in Kingswood. They have won numerous awards and in just a few years have become big players on the Bristol food scene.
Everything is homemade in small batches to ensure quality, using no artificial preservatives, pectins or gelling agents.
Harry and Claire’s mission is to bring awesome tasting preserves and sauces to the people of Bristol and beyond. They now produce around 40,000 units a year.
