Sweet Chilli & Limencello Sauce



This was originally created in collaboration with street food outfit the Italian Sausage. The addition of limoncello to this sweet and spicy sauce is there spin. It goes well with sausage panino (of course!), but also chicken stir-fries and as dipping sauce for prawns.

Good with : Sausages – Salmon – Dipping Sauce for Prawns – Stir-Fries

Ingredients: cider vinegar, sugar, fresh red chillies (16%), yellow bell peppers, onions, limoncello (4%), honey, lemon, ginger, garlic, sea salt, lemongrass.

Storage: Check base for best before date, store in a cool dry place. Once open keep refrigerated and use within three months. Shake well before use.
