Any other use or reproduction of the material or content is strictly prohibited. You may not create any link to this website without prior written consent, nor may you restrict or inhibit the use or enjoyment of it by anyone else. While we will use reasonable endeavours to verify the accuracy of any information, we place on Nom Wholefoods Ltd website, we make no warranties, whether express or implied in relation to its accuracy.

Wherever the term “Working Days or Hours” is featured, this excludes bank holidays, weekends and public holidays such as Christmas. Any holiday times will be clearly displayed on the homepage. When you place an order with Nom Wholefoods Ltd you will be sent an order confirmation detailing your order, this is giving you ample opportunity to correct any possible errors (such as incorrect weight or quantity). Should you have any complaints, please send them to the contact information detailed at the bottom of this document. These terms and conditions apply to all transactions on this site. They do not affect your statutory rights.

 

PRODUCTS

Nom Wholefoods Ltd sell a variety of products including food, cleaning products, and bathroom products in reusable or recyclable packaging.

Food

Food maybe packaged in any of the following: Paper bag, Degradable Plastic bag, Glass.

Nom Wholefoods Ltd lends glass jars to you only for use of the contents within. Once finished with, Nom Wholefoods Ltd will collect the glass jar on the next delivery. There is a £1 deposit per item charged to you when ordered – we reserve the right to change this price.

Once jars are returned, your account is credited per container returned. You may use this credit on your next order.

Nom Wholefoods Ltd are not liable for breakages after delivery/before pick up. Your deposit will not be returned if the jar has broken whilst in your possession. Nom Wholefoods Ltd will wash containers once returned.

Cleaning and bathroom liquids

We operate a refill service for cleaning and bathroom liquids. We are only able to refill liquids into the container previously used for the same liquid.

Customers own containers

Customers may bring their own food containers or liquid bottles to be filled at Nom Wholefoods Ltd. This is by appointment only. Nom Wholefoods Ltd takes no responsibility for illness or allergic reaction following refill of customers own containers.

Allergens

Nom Wholefoods Ltd follow the food agency food safety guidelines and have a level 2 certificate in Food Hygiene for Retail. We do everything we can to keep allergens separated from each other and other foods. We store them separately, weigh separately and pack separately. However, we do store and pack everything in the same room so we cannot guarantee there will be no cross contamination at all. If you have a severe allergy from any of the products we sell you may not wish to purchase from us. If you want to ask further about this, please do get in touch.

 

PRICES

Prices are subject to change but are correct at time of posting. Any glitches, errors or typos are not required to be honoured. If an error or inaccuracy is discovered with regards to the advertised price of the goods that you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible by e-mail. This will be to inform you of the correct price of the goods, and to ask you if you wish to continue with the order at the amended price, or to cancel the order altogether. Any special offers will have a clear displayed end date.

Prices are displayed in British Pounds Sterling.

 

PAYMENT

Nom Wholefoods Ltd accepts all credit cards/debit cards and paypal.

Any contract for purchases made will be with Nom Wholefoods Ltd. Nom Wholefoods Ltd must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted, and the contract formed.

 

SHIPPING

Nom Wholefoods Ltd does not charge for delivery. If you are not expecting to be home when we deliver, they will let us know where to leave their delivery. We recommend this to be in a covered place. Orders will be in waterproof containers and Nom Wholefoods Ltd cannot take responsibility for any damage to goods once left in your appointed place.

Delivery is currently only on Fridays. Orders must be placed by 5pm Thursday to deliver that week.

 

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

We ensure all items that are posted to our customers are of the highest standard but if there is ever a need to return an item we do accept returns for a full refund.

Should an item be faulty on arrival, Nom Wholefoods Ltd must receive notification within 24 hours of delivery.

Under The Consumer Contract Regulations, your right to cancel begins from the moment you place your order, up to 14 working days after receiving your order. Your right to cancel is unconditional.

If you wish to return an item, please notify us in writing using the following model cancellation form (email is fine). We will then process your return.

Items marked as being reduced for having a defect, damage or any other reason will be exempt from the returns policy.

Return delivery will be arranged by the customer if the order is no longer wanted. If the reason for the return is our responsibility return delivery will be arranged by Nom Wholefoods Ltd.

Once an item is delivered it is the customers responsibility to maintain it. Any damage caused after delivery is not the responsibility of Nom Wholefoods Ltd.
