These terms and conditions apply to the use of this website and by accessing this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out here. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, you may not use or access this website. These terms and conditions abide by The Consumer Contract Regulations. You’re welcome to print or store these terms for your own records.

Nom Wholefoods Ltd own the copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights in all material and content on this website, which you may use, download, copy, publish, transmit or otherwise make available by any other means only for your own personal, non–commercial use. Any other use or reproduction of the material or content is strictly prohibited. You may not create any link to this website without prior written consent, nor may you restrict or inhibit the use or enjoyment of it by anyone else. While we will use reasonable endeavours to verify the accuracy of any information, we place on Nom Wholefoods Ltd website, we make no warranties, whether express or implied in relation to its accuracy.

This website contains material which is owned by or licensed to us. This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance and graphics. Wherever the term “Working Days or Hours” is featured, this excludes bank holidays, weekends and public holidays such as Christmas. Any holiday times will be clearly displayed on the homepage. When you place an order with Nom Wholefoods Ltd you will be sent an order confirmation detailing your order, this is giving you ample opportunity to correct any possible errors (such as incorrect weight or quantity). Should you have any complaints, please send them to the contact information detailed at the bottom of this document. These terms and conditions apply to all transactions on this site. They do not affect your statutory rights.

Products

Nom Wholefoods Ltd sell a variety of products including food, cleaning products, and bathroom products in reusable or recyclable packaging.

Packaging can be any of the following: Paper bag, or Plastic bag.


Prices

Prices are subject to change but are correct at time of posting. Any glitches, errors or typos are not required to be honoured. If an error or inaccuracy is discovered with regards to the advertised price of the goods that you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible by e-mail. This will be to inform you of the correct price of the goods, and to ask you if you wish to continue with the order at the amended price, or to cancel the order altogether. Any special offers will have a clear displayed end date.

Prices are displayed in British Pounds Sterling.

Payment

Nom Wholefoods Ltd accepts all credit cards/debit cards.

Any contract for purchases made will be with Nom Wholefoods Ltd. Nom Wholefoods Ltd must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted, and the contract formed.

Shipping

Nom Wholefoods Ltd delivery charges are calculated by weight. Free delivery over £25 spend.

We endeavour to despatch within 24 working hours. Orders placed after 3pm are dealt with the next day. You will be informed when your orders is despatched or if there are any delays.
Returns & Cancellations

We ensure all items that are posted to our customers are of the highest standard but if there is ever a need to return an item we do accept returns for a full refund.

Should an item be faulty, Nom Wholefoods Ltd must receive notification within 14 days of despatch. Unless the item is perishable when the time is reduced to the time by which they may be expected to have perished.

Under The Consumer Contract Regulations, your right to cancel begins from the moment you place your order, up to 14 working days after receiving your order. Your right to cancel is unconditional.

If you wish to return an item, please notify us in writing using the following model cancellation form (email is fine). We will then process your return.

Items marked as being reduced for having a defect, damage or any other reason will be exempt from the returns policy.

Return delivery will be arranged by the customer if the order is no longer wanted. If the reason for the return is our responsibility return delivery will be arranged by Nom Wholefoods Ltd.

Once an item is delivered it is the customers responsibility to maintain it. Any damage caused after delivery is not the responsibility of Nom Wholefoods Ltd.

Damaged or loss of goods

We will send you an email on the day of despatch. Any problems with your parcel please inform us within 14 days of this email. We will refund or replace any damaged items.

If your parcel has not arrived within 7 days of this email, please inform us immediately.

If your goods are damaged in any way, please provide photographic evidence. We cannot process any claim of this nature without photographs.

No claims for loss or damage can be taken after 14 days of receipt of this email.

Are you going on holiday in the next few days? Please note that we do not accept liability for lost or damaged parcels if we are informed after 14 days of receipt of this email.

 

 

2. DISCOUNT VOUCHERS

Discount vouchers have no cash redemption value. Each voucher can only be used once in store.

To use your voucher, hand it over to the staff member at the till to receive the discount shown on the voucher. The voucher must be used on or before the expiry date shown on the voucher.

Vouchers are only valid at Nom Wholefoods Ltd. They remain the property of Nom Wholefoods Ltd and are not for resale or reprint.

Offers are subject to availability.

 

 

3. IN STORE LOYALTY SCHEME

  1. Eligibility: Participation in the loyalty scheme (“the Scheme”) is open to all customers of Nom Wholefoods Ltd, aged 18 years and above, who make purchases in our Staple Hill shop.
  2. Earning Points:
    • For every £1 spent on qualifying purchases (excluding taxes, fees, and discounts), customers will earn either 1 or 2 loyalty points.
    • Points will be credited to the customer’s account immediately after the qualifying purchase.
    • Occasional offers maybe given whereby buying particular products earn more points. The offer will be displayed in store.
  3. Redeeming Points:
    • Customers can redeem their accumulated points against future purchases at the rate of 1 point = £0.01.
    • Points can only be redeemed once the customer has accumulated a minimum of £1 worth of points.
    • Points cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred to another customer’s account.
    • Customers should ask at the till how many points they have accumulated.
  4. Expiry and Forfeiture:
    • Loyalty points have no expiry date.
    • However, in the event of closure or termination of the Scheme by Nom Wholefoods, customers will be given reasonable notice to redeem their points.
    • Points accrued through fraudulent activities or abuse of the scheme will be forfeited at the discretion of Nom Wholefoods.
  5. Modification and Termination:
    • Nom Wholefoods Ltd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the loyalty scheme at any time, with or without prior notice, at its sole discretion.
    • Any such modifications or terminations will be communicated to customers through our official communication channels.
  6. General Terms:
    • Participation in the loyalty scheme constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
    • Nom Wholefoods Ltd reserves the right to cancel or refuse participation to any customer found to be in violation of these terms and conditions.
    • These terms and conditions are subject to the laws of the UK, and any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the UK.

4. PEANUT BUTTER REFILL LOYALTY CARD

  1. Fill up a jar or peanut butter from the refill peanut butter machine in Nom Wholefoods to claim one stamp. Collect six stamps and get your seventh jar refilled for free.
  2. Refill a minimum of 200g to receive a stamp.
  3. Maximum 2 stamps per visit.
  4. Free refills will be a maximum of 400g.
  5. If you refill more than 400g at the time of receiving your free refill, the price of 400g will be taken off your bill.
  6. The reward is subject to availability.
  7. Card must be presented at time of purchase to receive a stamp and when redeeming the free jar refill.
  8. No photocopies accepted.
  9. The loyalty card cannot be exchanged for cash.
  10. Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer, unless otherwise stated on that offer or at our discretion.
  11. If your card is damaged or stolen or someone makes unauthorised use of it we may, at our sole discretion, replace your card and/or transfer any existing stamps to a replacement card.
  12. Use of the card constitutes your acceptance of these T&Cs. We reserve the right to not accept your card if we determine in our absolute discretion you have not used the card properly or have breached these T&Cs.
  13. Nom Wholefoods Ltd reserves the right to terminate or suspend this scheme at any time without prior notice.
