Organic Wholemeal Couscous
Wholemeal couscous is made from tiny steamed balls of wholegrain semolina flour. Though we think of it as a grain, it’s actually a type of pasta.
We love using this as a replacement for pasta when we’re in a hurry because it only takes a few minutes more than white couscous to cook. Simply pour enough boiling water over your couscous to cover it and let it absorb the water. After 6-7 minutes and when all the water is absorbed, fluff it up with a fork and you’re done!
Allergens: Contains Gluten. Packed in an area that also handles nuts, peanuts, sesame seeds and gluten.
Storage: Cool and dry, away from direct light and strong odours.
