These Apricots do not contain the preservative sulphur dioxide, which is usually used to maintain the artificial yellow colour of  apricots. These means unsulphured apricots are a rich, dark brown, with a lovely caramel flavour. Warning: Fruits may contain whole or part stone fragments.

Packed in an area that also handles nuts, peanuts, sesame seeds and gluten.

Storage: Cool and dry, away from direct light and strong odours.
