Organic Cacao nibs

From: £1.20

Description

These organic Cacao Nibs are raw and unroasted. They are fermented, shelled, crumbled bits of cacao bean. They have a chocolatey taste and this same part of the bean is also used to make chocolate.

Cacao nibs originated in South America where they were revered by ancient cultures and often used as currency! Cacao is the most complex food substance on Earth and has the highest anti-oxidant concentration of any food.

They have a subtle chocolatey taste and more bitter than chocolate. Try them as a healthier replacement for chocolate chips. Add them to your porridge or yoghurt or even smoothies!

Our organic Cacao nibs are cheaper than any you find in supermarkets. And without the non-recyclable packaging!
