Walnut Halves are the nutritious stones of the fruit of Juglans Regina, the Persian or English walnut. Used as an ingredient, topping and/or flavouring, they are a good source of Copper and Manganese in the diet. Walnuts are the only nut with significant amounts of Omega 3.
Toast some walnut halves and add to a vegan pesto. You won’t notice the cheese is missing!

Storage: Cool and dry, away from direct light and strong odours. Walnuts are sensitive and will go rancid if not stored correctly. We recommend storing them in the fridge to maintain maximum freshness.
