Organic Mung Beans, otherwise known as green or golden gram, originate from India. Once cooked, their creamy taste suits soups, casseroles and mixed grain dishes. Can also be ground into a flour.

To cook: Soak 4-8 hrs. Cook 45 mins (Pressure cook 10 mins).
