Every good breakfast starts with granola! This version is made with crunchy oat clusters with barley and coconut.
There’s no fruit in this granola but you could always add your own dried fruit. If you do, we recommend placing the dried fruit on a baking tray in a Gas 4/180C oven for about 5 minutes. This will soften it down and make it even juicier. Mix it in with the granola once cooled. Delicious with any kind of milk or yoghurt.
