Description

This unrefined natural light brown soft sugar has been very carefully produced to lock in, rather than refine out, the natural molasses of the sugar cane. It is made by master sugar makers Billingtson and has a unique richness, depth of flavour and natural colour.

Light brown soft sugar contains 3-4% molasses to retain some colour.
