Description

Organic Golden Caster Sugar is unrefined. This means less of the molasses have been stripped out of the sugar in production and gives it the golden colour and a slightly buttery flavour.

Use golden caster sugar exactly the same way as standard caster sugar. The fine sugar crystals are perfect for making all kinds of cakes, and biscuits.
