This dark brown soft sugar has a lovely rich caramel flavour.

Did you know that brown sugar is actually refined white sugar with molasses put back in afterwards?

The darker the sugar, the more molasses are in the sugar. This dark brown soft sugar has 7-9% which is double that in light brown sugar. Along with the increased amount of colour, it increases in moisture and acidity. It has a caramel flavour.

Used in baking when you want a richer taste.
