Cardamom Pods (Green)
Cardamom pods are a member of the ginger family, native to India and is grown in most tropical countries.
Ground Cardamom is used as an ingredient of Garam Masala.
Cardamom pods have a strong, aromatic flavour and can be used whole or ground, in savoury dishes, curries, rice, puddings, cakes and tea.
Country of Origin: Guatemala
Allergens: May contain traces of celery seed or mustard seeds. Packed in an area that also handles nuts, peanuts, sesame seeds and gluten.
Storage: Cool and dry, away from direct light and strong odours.
